Secure Lync is a service of Secure Dynamics LLC of Stanwood, Washington, doing business as Secure Lync ("Secure Lync", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Secure Dynamics LLC.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on Secure Lync you agree to use this platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Secure Lync platform, including all associated services, features, and content, and the Secure Lync for Outlook add-in.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
All content you submit, including business descriptions, project details, and communications, must be accurate and lawful. You may not use this platform to:
- Solicit business outside of its intended contracting and project management purpose.
- Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
4. Add-ins and connected services
The Secure Lync for Outlook add-in and Outlook sync are optional features that your company's administrator may turn on or off. When you save an email or contact to Secure Lync, you confirm that you are allowed to share it with your company. How these features handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. Microsoft, Outlook and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; Secure Lync is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
5. Account termination
Secure Lync reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse platform features. We may do so at our discretion without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content, design, and technology are the exclusive property of Secure Lync and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Lync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
